Sejuani Guide
Sejuani is an Aftershock tank whose damage is her health. Heartsteel comes first every game, and every bit of health after it makes your hits land harder. Your passive and Aftershock make you tankiest in the first seconds of a fight, so you go in first and let them hit a wall. The whole champion is one rule: stun with E, then stun again with R, and hit them after each stun for the bonus damage. Gank the melee lanes that charge your E for you, and take every fight when R is up.

Quick Tips
All phases
- •Triumph heals off your max health, and you will have more of it than anyone
- •Play through the teammate who is winning, not the lane that is losing
Skill Priority
Early Game
Before 1st item
- •Clear top to bot
- •Your first clear should have you level 4 by 3:02, and by 2:56 once you are Master
- •Start E and decide at level 1 which lane you are playing for
- •Melee laners who attack often, like Renekton or Irelia, charge your E for you, so their lanes are your best ganks
- •Full clear first, then gank the lane that is pushed, low, or without Flash
- •Your Smite combo is E, attack, then Smite, and it is strongest early because its bonus damage on monsters is capped
- •Your passive armor and magic resist hold until you are hit and for 3 seconds after, and Aftershock stacks on top, so you go in first
- •Base on Giant's Belt, health is your damage on this champion
First Back

Regular full clear & crab
Core Build Examples

Mid Game
1-3 items
- •Heartsteel bought with Conditioning and Overgrowth online is your fight window, look for the fight the moment you have all three
- •R up, fight or start the objective. R down, farm and time your clear so R is back for the next one
- •After a kill, take the tower, the dragon or the reset, never the chase
- •Play next to your strongest teammate and arrive at their fights together
- •You do not need armor or magic resist early, your passive and Aftershock cover the start of the fight, so buy health until the enemy comp tells you otherwise
Situational

Late Game
4+ items
- •Every tank item is an answer to their comp, so build what their damage asks for, not a fixed order
- •Save R for the carry who decides the fight, not the first target in range
- •Go in first so your team fights a stunned backline, then stay between their divers and your carry
- •Group for Baron and Elder, win the fight first, then take the objective
