Sylas Bruiser (Conqueror) Guide
Sylas jungle on the Conqueror bruiser path: Hextech Rocketbelt, Riftmaker, Zhonya's Hourglass. He is a snowball skirmisher. His clear is slow unless you play it tight, so the game is won by ganking straight after the first clear and turning every early lead into kills and objectives. W is the guaranteed hit and the heal that keeps you alive in long fights, E is your way in and your way out, and R takes an enemy's R and makes it yours. Built as a bruiser you are tankier than you feel, so you can commit to fights a squishy champion would skip. You are not a late game 5v5 win condition: close the game while you are ahead.
Runes
Quick Tips
All phases
- •Dark Seal on the first back every game; a stacked Seal is how a Sylas lead pays off.
- •Peek a Blast Cone with E and come straight back out.
- •Steal R before the fight starts: you can hold a stolen R for up to 90 seconds.
- •Last Stand pays off on Sylas because you live low and heal back up with W.
- •Camping a brush: first E the moment you spot them, wait, then second E onto them for two rotations nearly back to back.
Skill Priority
Early Game
Before 1st item
- •Start E, then Q, then W, and bank P stacks while you walk: Q halfway to the camp, first E before the stacks drop, second E into the camp.
- •Your first clear should have you level 4 by 3:17, and by 3:12 once you are Master.
- •Clear top to bot.
- •Your clear is slow, so full clear once and then look for a gank straight away. No gank on the map: take scuttle if you can, then base for Dark Seal and Amplifying Tome.
- •Level 4 with three points in W is strong. Gank aggressively: first E, W, two autos, Q, and keep the second E for their Flash.
- •Take the camp you would skip out of fear: E over the wall gets you in and out before they arrive.
First Back

Regular full clear & crab
Core Build Examples

Mid Game
1-3 items
- •This is your peak. With Rocketbelt and Riftmaker done, force fights and objectives before their carries scale.
- •Look at every enemy R before the fight and take the one that wins it.
- •A stolen R keeps its cast rules: if it needs the target airborne, put them in the air first.
- •Cycle W: Q to open, W to trade and heal, E away only once W is spent, E back in the moment W is up.
- •As a bruiser you are tankier than you feel. Commit to the three man R you would never take on a squishy champion.
- •Keep E for the pit wall around Dragon and Baron; do not spend it forcing a scuttle kill right before.
Situational

Late Game
4+ items
- •You are a snowball skirmisher, not a late 5v5 win condition. Close the game with the lead you built.
- •Into a harder engage comp, poke with max range Q from safety and let W heal you through the poke war. Do not start the all in.
- •Zhonya's lets you go in first, bait their spells, and wait out your cooldowns for the next rotation.
- •When you are focused, E toward your team, never away from them.
